Private Beta Terms

These terms govern access to the current EntitleSignal private beta. By accepting an invitation or using the beta, you agree to use the service in accordance with these terms.
Purpose of the service
EntitleSignal organizes public planning, zoning and development information into a searchable professional research workspace. It is intended to support research and business-development workflows. It is not legal, financial, investment, engineering, appraisal or land-use advice.
Public-record accuracy and timing
EntitleSignal prioritizes official public sources and preserves source links where available, but public systems can be delayed, revised, incomplete, unavailable or internally inconsistent. A displayed priority score is a transparent ranking heuristic, not a forecast of approval, project success, value or investment return. Users remain responsible for verifying material facts with the relevant agency and qualified professionals.
Beta accounts
Beta access is invitation-only. Account credentials and invitation links are intended for the invited user or organization and should not be shared publicly. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access to the administrator who issued your invitation.
Acceptable use
You may use the beta for internal professional research and evaluation. You may not use it to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, automate bulk extraction in a way that degrades the service, impersonate another user, or resell the beta service or normalized dataset without written permission.
Source materials and product rights
Underlying municipal records remain subject to the rights, public-record status and terms applicable to their original sources. EntitleSignal's software, interface, normalization methods, derived fields, ranking logic and product presentation are part of the EntitleSignal service.
Availability and changes
The beta may change, add or remove coverage, alter features, experience downtime or be discontinued. Beta access does not guarantee a future paid plan, a particular feature set or continued access. Paid subscription terms, if offered, will be presented separately.
Disclaimer and limitation
The private beta is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EntitleSignal disclaims implied warranties relating to uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of third-party public records. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EntitleSignal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-opportunity damages arising from reliance on beta information.
Suspension
Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, material violation of these terms, or at the end of the private beta.
Questions
During the private beta, questions about these terms or account access should be directed through the administrator or contact channel that provided the invitation.
